The question

Commercial and operational teams need a consistent view of pipeline health, revenue, and sustainability KPIs.

My contribution

Built a revenue operations reporting suite for commercial and executive stakeholders at Climate Impact Partners.

The approach

Combined Power BI dashboards with SQL and Python, Azure reporting pipelines, and structured data validation. Worked across Finance, Commercial, Operations, Technology, and Customer teams.

The outcome

Delivered reporting covering pipeline health, win rates, customer acquisition costs, and sustainability KPIs. This overview describes the work without sharing internal data or confidential dashboards.

The question

Sales metrics spread across SQL databases and Excel files are difficult to explore together.

My contribution

Built a Power BI dashboard covering sales performance, customer acquisition, and revenue trends.

The approach

Integrated SQL and Excel sources, modelled the data with Power Query and DAX, and configured an automated refresh pipeline.

The outcome

Created a unified reporting view with KPI tracking and trend analysis. No independently verified business uplift is claimed for this academic project.

Customer Churn Prediction

Exploring customer behaviour to identify churn signals and inform retention thinking.

The question

Customer usage and demographic data can contain early signals of churn that are hard to identify manually.

My contribution

Built a Logistic Regression model to explore churn risk and the factors associated with customer retention.

The approach

Performed exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, model validation, and segmentation using Python, Pandas, and Scikit-learn.

The outcome

Produced a churn classification model and an analysis of behavioural factors to inform retention thinking.

The question

Computer science students need examples and difficulty levels that respond to their individual progress.

My contribution

Developed an adaptive learning platform as an MSc dissertation in Advanced Computer Science.

The approach

Used the Gemini Pro API to generate contextual examples, processed student interactions in real time, and adjusted content difficulty dynamically.

The outcome

Implemented an adaptive tutoring prototype with personalised examples and dynamic difficulty adjustment.
